Cognitive behavior therapy (CBT)
Cognitive Behavior Therapy is an evidence-based behavioral therapy that focuses on automatic thoughts, cognitive distortions and the connection between emotions and behavior. CBT has been show to be effective in managing mild to moderate symptoms of depression, anxiety, PTSD, substance use and other behavioral or mental health conditions.
At Chicago Center for Relational Health, we offer clients individual CBT informed skills coaching and psychotherapy when the client would benefit based on their diagnoses and clinical history.
